NATALIE PANTALEO SMOLEY
VP Mktg. & PR / Acct Mgmt
Some people know what they want to do with their lives from an early age.
That’s a pretty good description of Natalie. (Check out the caption under her 8th grade yearbook photo: “Future Plans – Advertising.”)
A natural born writer, Natalie contributed to the newspaper or magazine at every school she attended.
After earning a B.A. in Journalism & Public Relations from Temple University, her first gig was event coordinator for the Leukemia Society of America, where she produced campaigns to raise awareness about the disease, and developed a special event called Port Connection that ran for 13 years on the Philadelphia water front.
Over the last 18 years of her career, Natalie has guided a wide range of public relations and marketing communications for the financial services field, the Police and Fire Federal Credit Union, First Penn Bank, and Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union where she supervised a seven-person department with a $700,000 budget.
At DSC, Natalie manages a variety of accounts, including CATCH, Conestoga Bank, Foamex, and Pinnacle Textile.
Natalie also has a Masters degree in Bilingual/Bicultural Studies, and is an Adjunct Professor at LaSalle University in the English Department.
Natalie Pantaleo. Just another above average over-achiever at DSC.
